Trump 2.0 and the Age of Surveillance Capitalism: A Conversation with Shoshana Zuboff
Meet the author of The Age of Surveillance Capitalism

“They have no right to my face or yours”
We are in an era of “surveillance capitalism,” where personal data is commodified and used for profit, and Big Tech oligarchs will do anything to defend the model, including going all in on Trump.
What do the “tech bros” want from Trump 2.0, and fear from the people? How is surveillance capitalism evolving and aiding in the erosion of Democracy?
In this “fireside chat”, we’ll talk with scholar, writer and activist Shoshana Zuboff about surveillance capitalism and how she sees the “fight for a human future” today.
